Theta Graph Designs
We solve the design spectrum problem for all theta graphs with 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 edges.
متن کاملExcluding a group-labelled graph
This paper contains a first step towards extending the Graph Minors Project of Robertson and Seymour to group-labelled graphs. For a finite abelian group Γ and Γ-labelled graph G, we describe the class of Γ-labelled graphs that do not contain a minor isomorphic to G.
متن کاملExcluding a planar graph from GF(q)-representable matroids
We prove that a binary matroid with huge branch-width contains the cycle matroid of a large grid as a minor. This implies that an infinite antichain of binary matroids cannot contain the cycle matroid of a planar graph. The result also holds for any other finite field. © 2007 Elsevier Inc. متن کاملExcluding a bipartite circle graph from line graphs
We prove that for fixed bipartite circle graph H, all line graphs with sufficiently large rank-width (or clique-width) must contain an isomorphic copy of H as a pivotminor. To prove this, we introduce graphic delta-matroids. Graphic delta-matroids are minors of delta-matroids of line graphs and they generalize graphic or cographic matroids.
متن کاملCliques in Graphs Excluding a Complete Graph Minor
This paper considers the following question: What is the maximum number of k-cliques in an n-vertex graph with no Kt-minor? This question generalises the extremal function for Kt-minors, which corresponds to the k = 2 case. The exact answer is given for t 6 9 and all values of k. We also determine the maximum total number of cliques in an n-vertex graph with no Kt-minor for t 6 9. Several obser...
